Proteobacteria (22.7–50.8%; represented by Gammaproteobacteria ) and Bacteroidetes (3.6–22.3%; represented by Flavobacteriia ) showed an increasing trend from pristine soils, ornithogenic soil, intertidal sediments to marine sediments, whereas Actinobacteria (3.6–41.8%; represented by Thermoleophilia ) and Acidobacteria (0.8–4.8%) exhibited a reverse trend.
