Alpha diversity ( Figures 2C , F ) showed that the results of bacterial and fungal diversity in rumen fluid were similar, and all indices showed extremely significant differences between the two groups, with chao1 index, Shannon index, and Observed_species significantly higher in group H than in group G, and the Simpson index was significantly lower than that in group G ( p < 0.05).
