Following stringent quality control and LD reference panel harmonization, we only observed a single marginally significant genetic correlation between the blood-based SNP profile and MDD sourced from Genetic Epidemiology Research on Adult Health and Aging (GERA) cohort (r g = −2.00, SE = 1.19, p = 0.093).
