In model 3, we further adjusted for smoking, drinking, baseline CKM stage, and LDL-C, the nonlinearity test for the TyG index was not statistically significant ( P for non-linearity = 0.50), and its overall association with CKM progression was also not significant ( P = 0.46), although a positive trend was observed ( Figure 2A ).
