Most importantly, nanomaterials such as MOFs have the potential to break through the limitations of traditional transport and storage and overcome cold chain storage; SAPNs, dendrimers, and NGs are multivalent, allowing the development of veterinary vaccines against a wide range of homologous and heterologous pathogens, and have the potential to design single-dose vaccines that can achieve long-term memory without booster injections, which is highly significant for improving the ability of prevention and control of animal diseases and guaranteeing stable development of the animal husbandry industry.
