Based on previous research, it is suggested that the incidence of AF increases with higher LVEF; however, the results of the present study showed AF incidences of 28.9%, 28.5%, and 32.0% in the HFrEF, HFmrEF, and HFpEF groups, respectively, indicating an increasing trend without statistical significance, which contradicts the findings of previous studies.
