Intriguingly, there was a decreasing trend in SA-β-Galactosidase activation, as assessed by chromogenic staining, and in SASP expression at the transcriptional ( CDKN1A , LMNB1 , IL6 , and IL8 ) and protein (p21 and p53) levels in iNeurons treated with CCS combined with SIPS agents compared to cells treated with stressor agents only.
