The obtained results demonstrated an increasing trend in thermal conductivity with higher AlN content: 0.21 ± 0.01 W· m − 1 · K − 1 for the pure sample, 0.25 ± 0.01 W· m − 1 · K − 1 for 10% AlN, 0.37 ± 0.01 W· m − 1 · K − 1 for 20% AlN, and 0.53 ± 0.01 W· m − 1 · K − 1 for 40% AlN.
