Specifically, in this study, the key secondary endpoint IgG4 demonstrated a highly statistically significant 6‐fold increase after treatment with PQ Grass compared to placebo and was confirmed by significant reduction in the grass‐specific IgE/IgG4 ratio, which indicates a positive trend towards induction and prevalence of blocking IgG4 antibodies over grass‐specific IgE.
