The overall patients service score that significantly decreased in the seven municipalities, Fushë Kosove, Gjakove, Gllogovc/Drenas, Malisheve, Rahovec, Decan and Istog was interpreted as a positive trend in regards to the project objectives as this trend could indicate that patients had a more critical appreciation of health services after heavy interventions to increase patients’ awareness of their rights.
