The third predictor, ad hoc revascularization, was associated with a significant increase in AKI incidence among patients undergoing myocardial revascularization within one month prior to TAVI, although a recent meta-analysis [ 34 ] only indicated a trend toward significance, possibly due to a delayed effect of contrast administration.
