The uterine tissues in the treatment groups showed reduced NF-κBp65 nuclear translocation and a decreasing trend in COX-2, NF-κBp65, phospho-NF-κBp65, NLRP3, ASC, pro-caspase-1, caspase-1, IL-1β, and IL-18 protein expression compared with that of the controls.
