Therefore, there is an urgent need for more preclinical research in the future, especially in the areas of immune regulation, bone protection, anti-angiogenesis, and anti-extra articular effects. Although the number of high-quality clinical studies on Res in the treatment of RA remains limited and the overall level of clinical evidence requires improvement, preliminary data already indicate a positive trend toward enhancing patient health outcomes.
