In this study, one patient with liver metastasis (mitotic activity4/10 HPF, Ki-67 10%, tumor size 5 cm) was noted, while the three non-metastatic cases showed heterogeneity in mitotic activity (1–3/10 HPF), Ki-67 (4–10%), and tumor size (3.5–8.8 cm), implying that mitotic count and Ki-67 may be significant prognostic markers, though larger samples are needed for validation.
