Despite the individual non-significant or marginally significant associations, an extended multiple regression model incorporating all three interleukins (IL-8, IL-33) and tumor grade demonstrated a statistically significant and robust relationship with IL-17A levels ( p < 0.001), explaining 70.66% of its variance.
