The results of the study showed an increasing trend in the content of most of the identified compounds of the anthocyanin group during the ripening of small cranberry fruit, which provides insight into the quantitative changes of individual compounds and allows for the timing of small cranberry fruit harvesting when the concentration of anthocyanins is highest.
