As presented in Tables 2 – 4 , the F -value for the model was 68.17 ( p < 0.01) and the p -value of the misfit term was 0.7342 ( p > 0.05) indicating that the mathematical regression model of the extraction rate of polysaccharides was highly significant, with low error, less influenced by unknown factors, and the model was valid and of high research significance.
