In previous studies, stacking configurations can be categorized into two distinct types for clearer analysis: (i) pure R-stacking, where the ferroelectric polarization increases with the number of layers from AA to AAA and then to AAAA, and (ii) mixed H-stacking, where the ferroelectric polarization exhibits a decreasing trend compared to the pure phase, from AAB to ABB in the trilayer system, and from AAAB to ABBB in the tetralayer system.
