Notably, the DCR parameters following SMILE surgery exhibit non-uniform temporal variation patterns: the deformation amplitude ratio (DAR), a key DCR parameter, exhibits an increasing trend from 1 to 3 months post-SMILE compared with the first week post-surgery [ 9 ]; comparative analysis revealed significant temporal variations in the stiffness parameters at the first applanation (SPA1) between 3 weeks and 3 months after operation [ 10 ]; whereas some studies reported that the DCR parameters remained relatively stable [ 11 ].
