Trend chart of disease burden over time in global, different regions, and selected countries From 1990 to 2021, the change in the percentage of age-standardised DALYs of gastric cancer attributable to smoking worldwide showed a polarised trend, with an increasing trend in the high-middle and middle SDI regions and a decreasing trend in the high SDI countries, which was lower than the global level since 2010.
