The results exhibited that after treatment, the nanovaccine group showed an increasing trend in antigen processing and presentation, T cell activation, and other immune response-relevant pathway genes (Figure 6 D-E and S19), revealing that these immune-related signaling pathways were triggered during nanovaccine treatment.
