When analyzed by response, patients with tumor shrinkage (CR and PR) had a nonsignificant trend towards increased frequency of NKG2A and PD-1 double-positive circulating CD4+ and CD8 + T-cells compared with those who did not have a shrinkage (RECIST SD, Fig. 5F, G ).
