Remarkably, in the TIL dataset, we observed a strong and highly significant correlation between the frequency of neoantigen-specific CD8 T cells and the predicted HLA binding affinity (BA) and EL score of the neoantigen across patients (BA: ρ = 0.7, P = 4 × 10 −4 ; EL: ρ = 0.68, P = 9 × 10 −4 ; Figure 3 A and B).
