Experimental findings indicate that TaNTs@ZnO significantly promotes ALP expression, collagen secretion and mineralization deposition as well as gene expression related to osteogenesis in BMSCs—thus demonstrating a positive trend towards desirable osteogenic differentiation—a crucial aspect when considering expectations and verification of in vivo osseointegration.
