The main effect of type was highly significant, F (3.26,143.56) = 24.4, p < 0.001, GES = 0.201.
The main effect of type was highly significant, F (3.26,143.56) = 24.4, p < 0.001, GES = 0.201.
The main effect of turns (mean for 3 turns is 50.4, and mean for 4 turns is 47.9) fell just short of significance, F (1.00, 44.00) = 3.74, p = 0.060, GES = 0.004, and the interaction between the two factors was not significant either, F (4.00,176.00) = 1.15, p < 0.337, GES = 0.008.
Although we had no specific hypothesis in this respect, we also computed a permutation test with the data of these groups, which shortly failed to reach significance, p = 0.083 (one-sided).
