Initially, the piezoelectric coefficient exhibits an increasing trend, similar to that observed for 0.7BFO and 0.67BO samples, however, this pattern undergoes a reversal at ≈50 °C, after which the piezoelectric coefficient begins to decline, which is due to thermal depoling (confirmed by zero piezoelectric coefficient after the measurements).
