The fully adjusted model revealed an increasing trend in the prenatal diagnosis rate from 2019 to 2022, and socioeconomic inequalities that those with a college degree or higher being 1.92 (95% CI: 1.19–3.07) times more likely to undergo prenatal diagnosis compared to those with the lowest level of education, adjusted for three clinical indications, maternal age at expected delivery and study year.
