Bowers [ 15 ] investigated different levels of extracted asphalt by a layered extraction test combined with the GPC and FTIR techniques and found that the three-layer asphalt system showed the characteristic of partial blending, and the complex modulus and viscosity values of asphalt showed a decreasing trend from the inner layer to the outer layer.
