It can be observed through Figure 8 a that the maximum stress of drainage asphalt mixtures prepared by rubber powder-modified asphalt at low temperatures shows a decreasing and then an increasing trend as the temperature rises, and the compressive strength is the largest at −15 °C, with an average compressive up to 3.44 kN, the smallest compression strength at −10 °C, and the minimum stress of 2.36 kN.
