Statistical analysis revealed that while both 5-FU and 9Fe 3 O 4 /CS/TPP/β-acids groups showed an increasing trend in F/B ratio without statistical significance, the 9Fe 3 O 4 /CS/TPP/β-acids+5-FU group demonstrated a significantly higher F/B ratio compared to other groups ( Fig. 8 D), potentially contributing to the enhanced therapeutic effect observed in the combination treatment group.
