5 Previous studies from our laboratory report that the frequency of AIM + CD8 + T cells peak at 4 weeks after the second and fourth dose of CoronaVac in subjects without age distinction, although this study showed the existence of a decreasing trend of the frequency of these cells over time that returns close to pre-immune levels. 14 Our data here is consistent with this previous report and shows similar kinetics for AIM + CD8 + T cells in both age groups, either immunized in a 0–14 or a 0–28-day schedule.
