Our stratified analysis showed that patients with the highest genetic loading for acetylcholine, GABA, and calcium channel pathway variants (in the 10th decile) had a good lithium treatment response compared with patients with the lowest genetic loading (in the 1st decile), with an increasing trend of lithium treatment responsiveness across the 1st decile to the 10th decile.
