Correlation Between Various Indicators The results indicated that rice gas exchange parameters (Pn, Gs, Tr, Ci) and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters (Fv/Fm, ΦPSII, ETR, qP) showed significant or highly significant positive correlations with antioxidant enzymes (SOD, POD, CAT, APX), GSH, Ca 2+ , K + , and Mg 2+ , while exhibiting significant or highly significant negative correlations with MDA, H 2 O 2 , O 2 · − , electrolyte leakage, Na + , and the Na + /K + ratio.
