The quadratic polynomial regression model was established as follows: R = 385.32 − 118.37X 1 + 22.20X 2 − 150.79X 3 − 46.23X 1 X 2 + 92.03X 1 X 3 − 20.86X 2 X 3 + 64.94X 1 2 + 9.82X 2 2 + 133.50X 3 2 Regression and variance analyses revealed that the model for nanoparticle size was highly significant ( p < 0.01) with a non-significant lack-of-fit term ( p > 0.05).
