In the present study, despite the lack of significant differences between control and exercise sessions, systolic blood pressure in the control condition showed an increasing trend at 30 min post-session, with mean differences of 5.53 mmHg and 5.00 mmHg compared to the multi-joint and single-joint sessions, respectively—both of which exhibited a decreasing trend.
