As can be seen from Figure 5 B, the optical density values of all strains showed a decreasing trend with decreasing temperature, and when the temperature dropped to 4 °C, the optical density values of all strains decreased to less than 0.50, among which strains S1 and S4 showed relatively high survival rates with strain density ratios > 5%.
