For the Caribbean subgroup, while each PRS was associated with an approximately 25% higher risk of incident MI, the associations failed to reach significance for LDPred (hazard ratio [HR] 1.18 [95% CI 0.95–1.47]), AnnoPred (HR 1.24 [95% CI 0.97–1.58]), and LDpred2+GPSmult (HR 1.27 [95% CI 0.90–1.80]) ( Figure 2 ).
