In fully adjusted models, each 1-unit increase in VFA was associated with a 0.074 decrease in α-Klotho concentration (95% CI: –0.104, –0.045), while SFA showed a weaker and marginally significant inverse association (β = –0.036, 95% CI: –0.072, –0.001).
