After a 2-wk intervention with N milk, we observed a highly significant increase in Bifidobacterium in the gut microbiome compared with the control group, with a 3-fold increase from 1.1% median baseline abundance (1.7% IQR) to 3.2% median abundance (4.1% IQR) after the intervention.
