As shown in Table 2 , it can be seen that the p of the model is less than .0001, the regression model is extremely significant, and the mismatch term of the model is p = .4634 > .05, which is not significant, and the determination coefficient of the model is R 2 = 98.51%, which shows that the prediction model has high fitting and can well predict and analyze the optimal fermentation conditions of strain culture.
