Specifically, this work may answer the following questions: Are there dose–response relationships between PA time, sedentary time, and the risk of sarcopenia? How do the effects of different intensities of PA and sedentary time on sarcopenia differ? Are there differences in the associations among PA, sedentary behavior, and the risk of sarcopenia by age and gender? The present study could offer insights for formulating more targeted PA and sedentary guidelines for adults, making them highly significant for both scientific research and the practical early prevention of sarcopenia. 2.
