Gaps in immunization coverage at school entry and after two years of school attendance among immigrant and refugee children in Ontario, Canada.

For diphtheria and polio, coverage was more similar between immigrant and Ontario-born children, with an increasing trend in coverage with a greater length of time in Ontario; for all antigens combined and measles, coverage also improved with more time spent in Ontario but still lagged behind Ontario-born children among those who had landed five or more years before school entry.
