When employing a more lenient exploratory threshold (α = 0.10), additional associations emerged: health utility scores were nominally associated with both healthcare expenditure per capita exceeding the average and catastrophic health expenditure, while ASCVD additionally demonstrated marginal significance with VAS scores.
