The results of our study found that there is still an increasing trend in the reporting of AEs for esketamine nasal spray, and some safety signals that were not reported in its specification and previous pharmacovigilance studies were also detected, such as interstitial cystitis, bladder spasms, substance abuse, alcohol abuse, and medication abusers.
