Its 95% confidence interval (CI) was calculated and expressed as follows: if the 95% CI of the corresponding EAPC estimate was >0, the ASR was considered to be on an increasing trend; if the 95% CI was <0, the ASR was considered to be on a decreasing trend; and if the 95% CI included 0, the ASR was considered to be on a stable trend.
