In this study, according to the correlation intensity classification of Ratner [ 36 ], the correlations between the concentration of phenolic compounds and the antioxidant activity obtained by the ABTS and DPPH assays showed a positive trend but with different intensities, manifesting a weak correlation between the value of phenolic compounds and the value of the ABTS assay, and a moderate correlation between the amount of phenolic compounds and the value of the DPPH assay.
