The analysis of cuticle thickness revealed that in the Tuha Basin ecosystem, the cuticle thickness of leaves exhibited a decreasing trend with increased altitudes, although no significant difference was observed among plants from middle to high altitudes ( Figure 3 A–C; Table S5 ).
