When the analysis was expanded to include all independent isolates from each PWH and not simply the distinct isolates, the correlation was highly significant for both time on ART (Spearman r = 0.2441, P = < 0.0001) and time on uninterrupted ART (Spearman r = 0.3909, P = < 0.0001).
