Moreover, under control, we found that all of the persulfidation site mutant lines, except C505S, showed a decreasing trend in LR number compared to the OEPpSnRK1α lines, but no distinct trend was observed in the presence of HT (Figure 4b,c ), implying that PpSnRK1α also controls LR development in response to endogenous H 2 S.
