Previous studies have shown that the sensitivity of EUS-TA for ML was 80% and 60.5% with FNB and FNA, respectively, indicating a favorable trend for FNB. 26 In our study, the sensitivity for cytology was 75% and 50% with FNB and FNA, respectively, while that for histological diagnosis was 100% and 78.9% with FNB and FNA, respectively.
